Protective Coatings for Commerce and Industry
Our coatings have revolutionary insulation and protective properties. Versatile Ceramic Insulation coatings for Cool Roofs and other Industrial applications to Albi Clad for intumescent fire protection our coatings have a proven and practical track record. The formulations are engineered right here in Canada to meet stringent standards. Additional benefits such as being cost effective, environmentally friendly and especially the spray applied ease of application meaning no shutdowns required, will make the information on this site well worth the read.
CCC-100-E – Mineral Fiber Encapsulant
This formulation for Mineral Fiber Encapsulant – is a water based elastomeric spray coating used in encapsulating existing sprayed insulation and mineral fibrous fireproofing products. It provides for a tough, highly light reflective, durable surface. CCC/100-E contains a highly formulated concentration of Ceramic microspheres adding significantly to the control of radiant heat loss, air born fibers effecting health issues, and HVAC contamination.
CCC 100-e Encapsulant over mineral fiber fireproofing is also used extensively in high humidity areas such as, swimming pools, ice and curling rink facilities, car wash bays, etc.
Mineral fiber fireproofing installed to metal wall section, displays partially encapsulated with CCC100e ceramic insulation coating. Notice the difference in light reflection characteristics.

CCC-100-Temperature and Condensation Control for Hyperbaric Chambers
These similar re-manufactured HBOT,s were coated with CCC/100 to a thickness of 60 mil dft. for condensation control. In addition the CCC-100 formulation will help control of the "DELTA T" ( inside / outside temperature) and maintain a constant 70 deg F. interior temperature with the exterior temperature at 160 deg.F.
Ceramic coatings provide higher equivalent R-Values relating to radiant energy transfer than fiberglass or other conventional systems.A Wood Digester Unit at a pulp mill has Ceramic Coatings applied at 80 MILS. and operates at a temperature to 1850 C. Ceramic Insulation Coatings can be applied on a surface with temperatures up to 3600 F. Shutting down operations is not required. A white liquor tank at Northwood Pulp in Prince George is an example of the practical application of the Delta T Control coatings at work.
The Ceramic Coatings System for metal roofing retrofit controls the expansion contraction factors associated with metal roofs. Which are the major contributing factors to roof failures. At the same time the system insulates against radiant energy transfer up to 95%.
Rusted surfaces do not require sand blasting when using DTC
RUST DIRECT. The proprietary solvent and polymers are uniquely designed to penetrate and "wet" the surface. These polymers react with moisture in the air, out-gassing resin into the pores, and anchoring the coating to the surface. An incredible, durable, aluminum-reinforced urethane film is produced that is metallized, encapsulates, and regalvanizes. The more pitted and deteriorated (rusted) the substrate, the better anchoring properties the coating will exhibit.
