Should Be Tank Insulation or Some such

Filter Weir Box

Ceramic Coatings applied to 80 MILS for personnel protection & insulation requirements (Grande Prairie AB)

Spray applied Foam Insulation & Ceramic Insulation Coatings applied to oil field tank (750 bbl) to insulate and control corrosion.
(Red Eye Field , Fort St. John, BC)

Cyclone Blower Unit

Ceramic Coatings applied to 40 MILS for insulation requirements.
(Edson, AB)

Flame Resistant

Ceramic Coatings conform to Class A flame spread of 25 or less, conforming to ASTM E -84.

Adhesion

Ceramic Coatings adhesion test was conducted after full cure. The product pull-tested in excess of 200 psi

Ferrous & Stainless Steel Tanks are subjected to chloride attack when insulated with conventional insulation systems. Ceramic Insulation Coatings contains less than 20 ppms of chlorides. It is recommended that all tanks be protected with one coat. This will guard against corrosion and condensation. These coatings are impermeable to moisture migration and provide complete tank protection.

Ceramic Insulation Coatings System corrects a variety of other tank related problems
Rust: Prevents moisture and chemical corrosion.
Ceramic Insulation Coatings System will cool and lower your tanks internal temperature. It will drastically reduce the opportunity for venting pollutant gases, and the coating improves the outer appearance of your tanks.
Lead: Safely encapsulates lead paints that are not severe enough to blast.
Harsh Weather: Resists UV, chemical, water, wind, and sand abrasion. The tank shown in the photo vented an average of once a day in the hot EL Paso (Texas) sun.
Age: Resists and prevents cracking, peeling and blistering. Since the application of Ceramic Insulation Coatings this tank has not vented in over two years.
