Cost Effective Solutions for Rusted Surfaces
A sandblasted substrate is not required with our products.
The proprietary solvent and polymers are uniquely designed to penetrate and "wet" the surface. These polymers will react, draining moisture from the air, out gassing resin into the pores, anchoring into them. This produces a metalizing encapsulation and cold on site re-galvanization of a metallic aluminum based coating.
The more pitted and deteriorated (rusted) the substrate, the better anchoring properties the coating will exhibit.
The solvent carriers have a "mild" behavior and will not lift most old coatings. Once cured, the toughness of the coatings is unmatched.
